SHIPPING:

Shipments are not typically processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Stickers are usually sent First Class Mail without a tracking number because the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the sticker.

All shipment outside of the continental US have additional fees.

Post Office Box addresses are shipped with USPS and can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. We suggest using a physical address when possible.
RETURNS:
If you wish to make a return or exchange please email us at inquiry@offtheblockswimco.com
with your order number, items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your request. Our Customer Service team will be in contact within twenty four hours of your email with instructions on how to process your request.

We currently offer domestic returns and exchanges only at your expense.

We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, alterations or damage.

Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post your account.

Customs duties are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
