SHIPPING:

• Shipments are not typically processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.

• Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Stickers are usually sent First Class Mail without a tracking number because the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the sticker. 

• All shipment outside of the continental US have additional fees.

• Post Office Box addresses are shipped with USPS and can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. We suggest using a physical address when possible.

RETURNS:

If you wish to make a return or exchange please email us at inquiry@offtheblockswimco.com

with your order number, items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your request. Our Customer Service team will be in contact within twenty four hours of your email with instructions on how to process your request.

 

• We currently offer domestic returns and exchanges only at your expense.

• We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, alterations or damage.

• Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post your account.

• Customs duties are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
